Weekly Training

This week's training night started off with some physical fitness exercises. Members ran a mile and did multiple dry land exercises including sprints and wall squats before loading up on the trucks to begin training.
While new members trained on basic hydrant operations, confined space training began at the Uwchlan Township Building. The training topic for the night included setting up rope and pulley systems utilized in confined space rescue operations.
15 members will be testing for their Confined Space Technician Certification in April.
