1975 Ward LaFrance Tele-Squirt
"47-3"

The 1975 Ward LaFrance was a new type of apparatus for the Lionville Fire Company. A traditional pumper built with a 1250 gallon per minute pump and a 500 gallon water tank, the truck was also equipped with a 55 foot boom with a waterway and a ladder. This allowed for elevated water application to fires, as well as increased and easier access to perform rescues and gain access into newly constructed multi-story buildings in the Lionville community. It carried:
- 1200' 2.5" Hose
- 1000' 1.5" Hose
- 4 SCBA
The Ward LaFrance Tele-Squirt served as the company's first out apparatus from 1975 until 1994. It was refurbished in 1989 and served until 2002.
