On Monday, December 9th, at 6:37 PM, The Lionville Fire Company along with ambulance services from Good Fellowship, were dispatched to the intersection of Worthington Dr. and Pottstown Pike in Uwchlan Township for an accident with entrapment. Upon arrival of Rescue 47 crews determined 3 patients were affected by the accident and requested additional ambulance services from Downingtown and Malvern to assist with patient care. Rescue 47 along with Engine 47-2 quickly went to work to extricate 2 different patients entrapped in the 2 vehicles involved in the accident. 3 Patients were transported to local hospitals.
