On Sunday, February 14th at 2:06PM, The Lionville Fire Company and Uwchlan Ambulance (87) were dispatched to the intersection of Route 100 and Eagleview Blvd in Uwchlan Township for a reported accident with serious injuries. Moments later, The Chester County 911 Center began receiving reports of one of the subjects trapped in the car. The Incident was quickly upgraded to an accident with entrapment.

Rescue 47 and MICU87-1 immediately responded to the scene. Upon their arrival, they found a four vehicle accident with all of the patients out of the vehicles.

Crews worked to treat the injured patients and assisted with hazard control.

Lionville Volunteers operated at the scene for 30 minutes.
