On May 19th at 1:05 p.m. The Lionville Fire company was dispatched to assist the West Whiteland Fire Company along with other mutual aid for a house fire on the 100 block Coeway Lane in West Whiteland Township. Caller reported the rear of the house was on fire.

Units quickly arrived on scene and reported smoke showing from the residence and a working fire. Lionville crews went to work performing a search of the house, laddering the residence and assisting in an aggressive fire attack, along with salvage and overhaul. Command quickly placed the fire under control.

Lionville Volunteers operated for an hour.
