Did you know that every Thursday evening Lionville's Volunteers attend a weekly training night? These training nights can cover various topics including hose line management, search and rescue, ventilation, water rescue, and technical rescue among many other subjects. Prior to the start of training, the equipment and apparatus are checked to make sure everything is in proper working order. Training nights and equipment checks ensure your volunteers are ready to respond at a moments notice and mitigate any emergency that we may be called to.

Last nights training topic was our annual Hazardous Materials Operations Refresher class. After class, members took time to review utilizing chain saws, which will be the training topic next week.
