Over the past two Saturdays, 13 members from The Lionville Fire Company and The West Whiteland Fire Company participated in an Aerial Operations Certification Class. The purpose of this class was to review, and to teach members how to safely and effectively operate an aerial device. The class was broken up into lecture and practical exercises. Students had to perform a variety of tasks utilizing the aerial device on Tower 47 and Tower 6.
