On Saturday, December 5th, Tower 47 along with Engine 2-2 (Berwyn Fire Company) stood by at the Aston Township Fire Department while they attended a funeral for one of their members. While standing by, crews responded to a medical call. Tower 47 and Engine 2-2 arrived, and initiated patient care until an ambulance arrived. Shortly after clearing that, Tower 47, Engine 2-2 and additional mutual aid companies were dispatched to a reported building fire. Crews quickly arrived, determined that there was a smoke condition from burnt food, and placed the situation under control.

Crews stood by until 4PM. Our thoughts and prayers are with The Aston Township Fire Department during this difficult time.
