| On Saturday June 12th, 2010 the Lionville Fire Company along with the Berwyn Fire Company were requested to staff Green Ridge Fire Company(Delco 63) while the GRFC members attended a wedding. Tower 47 arrived at station 63 at 1245hrs and returned to the first due at 2300 hrs. Throughout the day Tower 47's crew along with Engine 2-2's crew relaxed enjoying a clear, warm day in Delaware County. Crews had a gentleman's game of volleyball while staffing the station. Units responded to one fire alarm at around 2100hrs, reset the alarm and returned to Chester County upon relief of Quint 56(Goshen Fire Co) for the overnight standby. |
