Emergency Landing

At 10:18am, Lionville Fire Company, along with Uwchlan Ambulance, was dispatched for a reported Aircraft Accident, in the area of Heron Hill Drive, in Upper Uwchlan Township. While enroute, the dispatcher advised that a plane may be down in the area of Milford Road. Deputy 47 and Assistant 47 arrived and confirmed that there was an airplane, on its wheels, in a field, off of Milford Road. Rescue 47 and Engine 47-2 arrived at the scene moments later. The Single-Engine Cessna was intact, not leaking any fluids & there were no injuries. All units returned safely.
