Accident On Route 401

On Tuesday, January 3rd at 7:56 PM, The Lionville Fire Company along with Uwchlan Ambulance (87) were dispatched to Route 401 and Tally Ho Lane in West Pikeland Township for an auto accident reported serious. Deputy 47, Engine 47-2, MICU 87-5, and Ambulance 87-3 arrived to find one vehicle in the woods, with the occupant still inside. Rescue 47 arrived and provided scene lighting while crews worked to get the patient removed from the vehicle. Lionville Volunteers operated at the scene for 30 minutes before clearing.
