House Fire in Kimberton

At 3:22am, Lionville was alerted to the 1600 block of Oak Hill Lane for a reported house on fire in Kimberton Fire Co. (61) local. Deputy 47(Chapman) arrived first, reporting "fire showing". Engine 47-5(Lt. Rachko) arrived behind Engine 61-2, dropping a supply line down the driveway. The crew stretched a line into the attic, where the fire had extended to. Tower 47 (Capt. Boyle) arrived third, and began throwing portable ground ladders to the upper floors and roof. Fortunately, the home owners had working fire alarms that alerted them in their sleep.
